Welcome to the Website. These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of real-estate-website.net and myre.biz (the “Website”) and the services provided under the brands “MyRE” and “IntRE”.

1. Ownership and Service Provider

The Website and Services are owned and operated by MB “Celestria”, a legal entity registered in the Republic of Lithuania (Company Code: 307511317). All references to “MyRE”, “IntRE”, “we”, or “us” refer to MB “Celestria”.

2. Payment Administration

Payments for our services are processed as follows:

  • Stripe: Direct payments to MB “Celestria”.
  • PayPal: Collected by our authorized payment agent, IĮ “Europos prekybos tinklas” (Code: 303191154), acting on behalf of MB “Celestria”.

3. Subscription and Billing

Billing is automatically renewed based on your initial sign-up date (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge to your chosen payment method.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 7 business days before your next billing date.
  • No Retroactive Refunds: Cancellations apply to future billing periods only. We do not provide refunds for past periods or prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • Refund Eligibility: Due to the digital nature of our “Standard Setup” and hosting services, refunds are issued only in the event of a documented technical failure on our side that prevents the service from functioning and which we are unable to resolve within 72 business hours.

5. Scope of Use and Restrictions

You may use the Website for personal and professional real estate activities. You agree not to engage in “screen scraping”, “database scraping”, or any activity designed to obtain user lists or proprietary information. Unauthorized access to any part of this site is subject to prosecution under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Member Conduct and Content

You are entirely responsible for all content you upload or transmit. MB “Celestria” does not guarantee the accuracy of user-posted content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these TOS or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MB “Celestria”, its partners (including IĮ “Europos prekybos tinklas”), and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these TOS.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. MB “Celestria” shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or unauthorized access to your data.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your relationship with MB “Celestria” shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, European Union. Any claims or disputes shall be settled exclusively by final and binding arbitration or within the courts located in Klaipeda, Lithuania.

10. Statute of Limitations

You agree that any claim arising out of the use of the Service must be filed within one (1) month after such claim arose or be forever barred.
