Refund and Cancellation Policy

At MB “Celestria”, we want you to be fully satisfied with our real estate web solutions. To provide peace of mind while ensuring the sustainability of our technical operations, we have established the following policy.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Initial Purchase)
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your initial sign-up, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.
- This guarantee applies only to the first payment made by a new customer.
- Refund requests must be sent to support@myre.biz within 30 calendar days of the initial transaction.
2. Subscription Cancellation & Renewals
Beyond the initial 30-day period, the following rules apply to all ongoing subscriptions:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 7 business days before your next billing date.
- Renewals: Recurring monthly or annual renewal payments are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current period.
3. Technical Failure Refunds
Outside of the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, a refund may be granted only if a documented technical failure on our side prevents the service from functioning, and our team is unable to resolve it within 72 business hours of notification.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following items are strictly non-refundable once the work has commenced:
- Custom Work: Any payments for unique programming, CRM integrations, or custom design services.
- Setup Fees: Fees for initial installation and DNS configuration (if billed separately from the subscription).
